How it started: from lead generation to recruitment on social media
While running a successful lead generation agency, Janik Deimann and Florian Schneider faced the same challenge as many growing companies: finding the right people to scale their business.
After juggling job boards and throwing money at the wall on expensive LinkedIn packages, they hit a roadblock, a tighter budget, and needed a new solution to find—and engage with—the right candidates.
The pair discovered the potential of recruiting through social media to connect with and hire passive candidates.
