As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a vital role in driving Heyflow’s growth in North America. You will be responsible for qualifying all inbound trialists within the region, ensuring they receive timely and value-driven outreach. Additionally, you’ll proactively identify and engage companies within key ICP industries through strategic outbound efforts. Your mission is to generate qualified pipeline opportunities and set the foundation for long-lasting customer relationships.
Own the first touch: Qualify all inbound trial sign-ups within the North American region, understanding their business needs and potential fit for Heyflow.
Prospect with purpose: Research and target high-value accounts across key ICP industries through outbound outreach.

Your profile
Ready to make a real impact? We're looking for someone who:
Has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Brings 0-2 years of BDR/SDR or similar sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Masters sales development processes and methodologies, being comfortable with cold calls and handling objections.
Communicates brilliantly, both verbally and in writing and is a proactive, organized, and results-driven go-getter.
Resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a hybrid working model.
