- Own and scale our Google Ads strategy end-to-end, focusing on generating qualified leads and accelerating pipeline for our B2B SaaS product.
- Translate clicks into revenue. You understand how paid search supports complex buyer journeys and optimize for full-funnel metrics, not just CPC or CTR.
- Drive intent-based acquisition. You’re fluent in identifying high-converting keywords, refining targeting, and optimizing campaigns to reach decision-makers at the right stage of the funnel.
- Data is your second language. You track performance in GA4 and Google Ads, ensure accurate attribution via GTM, and turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- You collaborate cross-functionally. You work closely with content, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign messaging resonates with our ICP and aligns with key value props.
- Messaging matters. You contribute to ad copy and landing page strategy that speaks directly to ICP pain points, business outcomes, and SaaS buyers’ needs.
- Own vendor management. Whether working with agencies or freelancers, you know how to brief clearly, give constructive feedback, and hold partners accountable for results.
Your profile
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally within B2B SaaS and a hybrid PLG and SLG motion; Experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing) or other paid search platforms a plus
- Deep familiarity with the B2B marketing and Lead Gen landscape — you understand the tools and platforms our customers use and how they think about buying solutions like ours
- Proficient with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM-based tracking strategies
- Experience managing budgets and reporting performance clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
- A test-and-learn mindset: you constantly experiment with keywords, messaging, and landing pages to uncover what moves the needle
- Fluent in German and English with strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in conveying insights and strategy
