Ideate, create, test, and continuously improve funnel, offer, and ad concepts across video and static formats. From first idea to final asset, you own the creative output and make sure every media euro performs.
Translate insights, data, and hypotheses into high-performing content. Creative decisions are data-informed and developed in close collaboration with performance marketing and growth teams.
Own the full creative execution lifecycle. From concepting and scripting, to hands-on creation, iteration, and optimization, supported by smart workflows, automation, and AI tools.
Produce and refine platform-native content for paid social and performance channels, especially Meta, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Identify, brief, and collaborate with external creators when needed. You ensure quality, consistency, and performance of delivered assets.
Build and maintain a structured library of customer stories, testimonials, and social proof. Turn them into case study videos, ads, and bite-sized content that drives trust and conversion.
Your profile
3+ years of experience in paid social or digital marketing with a strong focus on creative performance and hands-on content execution. Experience in B2B SaaS or similarly complex, high-scale digital products.
Proven ability to combine conceptual thinking with execution. You can develop strong creative ideas and bring them to life yourself.
Deep understanding of Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn ads. Including formats, creative best practices, targeting logic, and performance measurement.
Strong analytical mindset: You enjoy testing, learning from data, and iterating fast.
A sharp eye for aesthetics, visual patterns, and high-quality design. You care deeply about how things look and feel.
Strong English and native German skills to craft clear narratives, write copy, and collaborate with internal teams.
