- Turn ideas into content. Lots of it. From quick Instagram Reels to LinkedIn posts and YouTube videos, you'll elevate Heyflow’s online presence to the next level.
- Step in front of the camera and become one of the faces of our brand. Whether it's product tips, industry takes, experiments, trends, or behind-the-scenes moments.
- Spot stories everywhere. A new feature launch, a customer win, a funny moment from the team. You'll turn everyday happenings into content people actually want to watch.
- Own the entire content process from concept to publication. Brainstorming, filming, editing, posting, analyzing. It's yours.
- Work closely with teammates to amplify their personal brands and help distribute content across their channels.
- Experiment relentlessly. New formats, hooks, trends, AI tools, growth tactics. If it helps us reach more people organically, we want to try it.
- Collaborate with creators and influencers who can help bring Heyflow to new audiences.
- Keep a close eye on what performs and what doesn't. Our north star is simple: grow organic impressions and engagement across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Your profile
- You're comfortable being on camera. In fact, you probably enjoy it.
- Creating content feels more exciting to you than endlessly discussing content strategies.
- You know your way around video editing tools and can take a raw recording all the way to a polished final cut.
- Technology doesn't intimidate you. You enjoy learning new tools and figuring out how things work.
- You're curious enough to become a Heyflow power user and turn product knowledge into engaging content.
- You have a good instinct for what catches attention on social media and why people stop scrolling.
- You speak English on a native level and ideally are able to produce content in the German language as well.
- Most importantly: you're hungry to learn, eager to improve, and excited to build something that reaches millions of people organically.
