Let’s get to know each other better and talk about the company, the teams, our philosophy, requirements and your experience.

Case study with your future team lead

In this stage, you get to meet your future team lead. Within 45 minutes, they will tell you more about Heyflow’s vision, the role, and would like to better understand your personal and cultural values. You will present a case study that you will have received before the call.

Get to know your team and the founders

This call is a great opportunity to get to know your future team and our founders. You’ll be able to ask them any questions you may have, and get a better understanding of the team culture, work dynamics, and other aspects that are important to you.

Frequently asked questions

Can I join Heyflow remotely? Is there a mandatory office presence?

Heyflow is a remote-friendly company, so yes, you can absolutely join us even if you’re not based in Germany (although being within the CET timezone is preferred).
If you’re based in Hamburg or Berlin, you can enjoy our two beautiful offices and work from there anytime you want.

What are the requirements?

The requirements vary based on the position. In terms of documents, you don’t need to send us anything. If your Linkedin profile is complete and up-to-date, then that will work for us just fine.

Can I work from somewhere outside of my home zone?

Yes, we offer our employees the possibility to work remotely (outside of their home country), as long as the CET timezone is respected and a smooth collaboration with your team is ensured.

How long does the application process take?

Our application process takes two weeks maximum.

Can I work part-time?

This will depend on the role and needs to be discussed individually, but in general, yes, we are open to part-time employment.
