Analytical Mindset: You’re comfortable diving into complex problems, slicing data in thoughtful ways, and drawing clear, actionable conclusions.

Hands-On Experience: Proficiency in SQL is a must. Experience with Looker or Preset (or similar BI tools) is a big plus.
Clear Communication: You can explain complex findings in a simple, structured way — and tailor your message to your audience, whether it’s a marketer or the CEO.
