Your mission

Heyflow is searching for a dedicated Head of Sales to join our team. We’re seeking someone who loves a good challenge, has a knack for leading and inspiring a sales team, and is eager to make a real impact.   • Lead Sales Teams across the Sales Funnel: Inspire, mentor, and guide sales managers and representatives, fostering an environment of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Craft and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and expansion, ensuring alignment with our financial objectives and growth targets.

  • Recruit and Cultivate Talent: Actively recruit, develop, and manage a team of top-tier sales professionals, emphasizing diversity, inclusion, and high performance.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with finance, marketing, and other departments to create accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets, and drive strategic planning and execution.

  • Enhance Sales Performance: Analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to boost sales development efficiency and outcomes.

  • Engage Hands-On: Lead by example by directly engaging in deals, recruiting efforts, and providing actionable feedback to team members, demonstrating a 'show, don’t tell' approach.

Your profile

  • Extensive Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years in first-line leadership, ideally with initial experience in second-line leadership, and a track record of inspiring and developing sales teams to consistently achieve individual and team targets.

  • Proven Hiring and Development Skills: Demonstrated success in recruiting and nurturing high-performing sales professionals, coaching, and fostering a diverse environment.

  • Strategic and Analytical Expertise: Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives, demonstrating  strong operational and analytical skills.

  • SaaS Sales Proficiency: At least 10 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally in a technologically complex product environment, including expertise in outbound and Enterprise sales.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Sales Operations to achieve shared goals.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies clearly and effectively.
