As a Working Student in Product Operations, you’ll be in the thick of things, supporting our product teams while helping to improve our user experience and internal processes. You’ll have the unique opportunity to gain experience in product operations, user feedback management, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll be working with various teams across Heyflow, assisting in organizing, analyzing, and improving our processes helping us scale effectively and efficiently.
Your Tasks
Classifying and Sorting User Feedback: Help manage and categorize feedback from our users to provide insights for the Product team.
Supporting Compliance Processes: Assist in ensuring all processes and operations follow our internal guidelines and standards.
Creating Dashboards: Develop dashboards in our User Behavioral Data tool to monitor key user metrics and highlight areas for improvement.
Supporting Various Projects: Contribute to different cross-functional projects, offering assistance wherever needed.
Autonomous Project Execution: If you show initiative, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and implement your own projects that will directly impact product improvement and user satisfaction.
Your profile
You're currently a student in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Product Management, Media & Communications or similar.
You have an affinity for tech: You don’t need to be an expert, but you should have a natural curiosity and a willingness to get to know new tools and technologies.
You’re comfortable with data analysis: Generating insights from data using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar
You know your way around text and presentation tools: Whether it’s creating reports in Google Docs, making a presentation in PowerPoint, or writing up feedback summaries—tools like these should feel like second nature.
Language skills: You are fluent in English (our primary working language). German is a plus, and any other European language is also an advantage, particularly if at a native level.
