Your profile
3+ years in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or consulting, with a proven record of driving renewals and growth.
Tech-savvy and eager to dive deep into the Heyflow app—understanding its potential and unlocking strategic use cases for customers.
Passion for industries like insurance, finance, startups, e-commerce, and marketing—you're excited to work with a diverse customer base.
A natural communicator—comfortable engaging with teams, execs, and stakeholders in both German and English (business fluent).
Data-driven and results-oriented—experienced in tracking and optimizing key customer success metrics.
Ready to take ownership, scale CS processes, and grow alongside Heyflow in a fast-moving environment.
