Your mission

  • Be the go-to advisor for your Most Valuable Customers (MVCs)—build trust, understand their goals, and proactively drive retention, expansion, and prevent churn.

  • Create and execute personalized success plans that map out clear growth opportunities, upsells, and long-term value.

  • Run strategic business reviews—showcase ROI, track progress, and explore new ways for customers to scale with Heyflow.

  • Help customers build high-converting workflows, optimize performance, and get the most out of Heyflow.

  • Turn happy customers into advocates—identify champions for case studies, testimonials, and referrals.

  • Track key customer health metrics, analyze trends, and collaborate with Product to improve adoption, retention, and expansion.

Your profile

  • 3+ years in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or consulting, with a proven record of driving renewals and growth.

  • Tech-savvy and eager to dive deep into the Heyflow app—understanding its potential and unlocking strategic use cases for customers.

  • Passion for industries like insurance, finance, startups, e-commerce, and marketing—you're excited to work with a diverse customer base.

  • A natural communicator—comfortable engaging with teams, execs, and stakeholders in both German and English (business fluent).

  • Data-driven and results-oriented—experienced in tracking and optimizing key customer success metrics.

  • Ready to take ownership, scale CS processes, and grow alongside Heyflow in a fast-moving environment.
