- You know how to make ad campaigns not just run, but fly. You take the reins on our campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond, optimizing and scaling them to drive serious results.
- You're not afraid to experiment. Whether it's a new channel, an untested audience, or a bold creative angle, you're eager to explore fresh ways to generate demand and fill the pipeline.
- Data is your playground. You'll dive deep into performance metrics to uncover what’s working, what’s not, and where we can go bigger. Clean, actionable insights are your goal: And you set up smart tracking with GTM and GA4 to get there.
- You’ll be the spark behind creative ideas. Testing new segments, formats, and messaging to see what resonates. And you won’t do it alone: you partner closely with Sales, Data, and Customer Success to keep messaging sharp and aligned across the funnel.
- Working with agencies and freelancers? You’ve got it covered. You know how to brief clearly, give smart feedback, and keep things on track.
Your profile

You bring 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS Performance Marketing and know what it takes to drive results
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads are your natural habitat: You know how to make them perform
You live and breathe data, and you’re confident working with tools like Google Analytics or Matomo
You’re always one step ahead spotting trends before they hit the mainstream
You’ve worked with CRM systems like HubSpot and know how to keep the funnel flowing smoothly
You take real ownership. Pushing campaigns forward, testing new ideas, and learning fast from what works (and what doesn’t)
You're a strong communicator and love working closely with other teams to bring big ideas to life
You speak English fluently; it’s our everyday working language in a diverse, international team
