Your mission

Responsible for financial planning and analysis, including monthly and quarterly internal and external reporting, KPI benchmarking, and budgeting.
Lead financial audits and supervise accounting and tax compliance, including invoice handling, bookkeeping coordination, and financial reporting.
Drive strategic projects to improve financial processes and support company goals.
Run treasury operations such as cash management, payment processes, and bank account administration.
Handle operational finance tasks like software procurement, hardware lifecycle management, contract oversight, and vendor relations.
Ensure risk management and compliance across financial processes, audits, fraud prevention, insurance, and legal matters.
Oversee revenue operations through billing, refunds, dispute resolution, and subscription management.
Manage investor relations, including ESOP administration, and preparation of fundraising, including government grants (Forschungszulage), and compliance documents.

Your profile

5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, or a similar role—preferably in a fast-paced SaaS-environment.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and excellent written communication skills to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
Knowledge of German GAAP and/or IFRS and international tax principles.
Experience with investor reporting and managing financial compliance.
Proficiency with modern finance tools (e.g.Stripe, DATEV, ChartMogul, Expense Management tools, Google Sheets, BI tools) or similar tools is a plus.
High attention to detail, hands-on attitude, and excellent organizational skills.
Proactive, structured and ownership-driven working style in ambiguous environments.
Fluent in German and English
