Continuously ideate, test, and refine fresh funnel, offer, and ad concepts, both video and static, to boost creative output and ensure every media euro performs its best. All creative decisions are rooted in data and built on close collaboration with our marketing team.
Oversee the full creative production lifecycle: From crafting briefs and reviewing assets with designers and marketers, to enabling efficient feedback loops and smarter iterations through automation and AI-driven tools.
Identify, onboard, and manage creators who produce engaging video and content material for our paid campaigns and social ads.
Maintain a clear system for collecting, organizing, and showcasing customer stories, testimonials, and social proof. Turning them into case study videos and bite-sized snippets that amplify credibility and brand trust.
Develop compelling ad copy tailored to each platform and creative format, ensuring every message fits seamlessly with its audience and channel.
Your profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in paid social / digital marketing with a strong success record of creative strategy (messaging, concepts, frameworks, copywriting).
Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing or similarly complex infrastructures on a high scale.
Deep familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising, including targeting, formats, and measurement of best practices.
Highly analytical: You’re able to interpret data, run tests, learn from results, and iterate quickly.
You bring a very detailed eye for aesthetics, designs, patterns, and bring attention to all things visual.
English and German language skills are a crucial part for this role to be able to craft clear narratives, present strategies, and work well with internal teams. If you bring native skills in either of these languages and fluency in another, you’ll be doing great.
