- Own and evolve our visual brand storytelling across marketing channels, exploring modern, distinctive ways to express the brand through graphic and motion design.
- Bring structure to creativity by turning visual exploration into clear brand systems, templates, and guidelines that scale across teams and use cases.
- High-impact creative for promotion, from social posts, stories, reels, and paid ads to demo reels, product demos, and video content.
- Performance-driven design that balances expression with results, using data and insights to test, learn, and refine creative for stronger engagement and conversion.
- Marketing narratives for key touchpoints like the homepage, landing pages, and campaigns, focusing on clarity, emotion, and visual impact rather than product UI.
- Close collaboration with the Creative Strategist and Content Manager to shape concepts early, align on storytelling, and deliver cohesive, motion-rich campaigns.
Your profile
- Strong experience in brand and graphic design, with a track record of building and evolving visual identities for marketing and growth teams.
- Motion design skills that go beyond polish, using animation and video as storytelling tools rather than decoration.
- A performance mindset paired with creative intuition, comfortable reading data, drawing conclusions, and iterating work based on real-world results.
- Curiosity and initiative. New visual directions, formats, and storytelling approaches don’t intimidate you, they energise you.
- Confidence in Figma for brand systems, templates, and collaboration, alongside advanced hands-on experience with After Effects or similar motion tools.
- Openness to AI-driven tools for ideation and production, plus a solid understanding of digital marketing design best practices and current visual trends.
