Product Manger (m/f/d)
Apply nowAbout the role
We're looking for a Product Manager who gets their energy from understanding customers and markets, and who turns what they learn into product improvements that ship.
You'll work on different topics depending on priority, and you'll take each one the whole way: from discovery, to a well-shaped proposal, to rollout, to checking whether it actually made a difference. You own your topics end to end and work closely with engineering and design to bring them to life.
Sounds like your kind of role? Here's what we're looking for:
a strong researcher ready to grow into broader product ownership,
an experienced product manager, or
someone who has led product teams before and wants to be hands-on again.
Your mission
Discover what matters. Talk to customers, analyze product usage and track the market to uncover unmet needs, underserved audiences and new use cases.
Build real relationships with customers. Recruit interview partners yourself and keep those relationships going, both inside and beyond our customer base.
Run your own numbers. Write your own queries, question data quality and rule out alternative explanations before drawing conclusions.
Make the case. Turn opportunities into product proposals that clearly lay out the problem, the evidence, your solution, the trade-offs and the success metrics. Ground them in our product and technical reality.
Challenge and be challenged. Present your proposals to the team and sharpen them through feedback. Push back on our product direction when the evidence says so.
Drive delivery. Work through the details with design and engineering until your initiative ships. Meanwhile, start shaping your next topic.
Own the rollout. Plan rollouts, bring in beta customers, and draft positioning and messaging together with Marketing and Brand.
Close the loop. After launch, check adoption and customer value, and feed what you learn back into the product.
Your profile
Hands-on customer research experience. You've run and synthesized customer interviews. You can explain how you get from observations to solid insights and decisions.
You genuinely enjoy talking to customers. You build relationships that last longer than a single interview.
Analytical judgment. You're comfortable with data, you ask the right questions, and you look at results critically.
A product point of view. You form a well-reasoned position even when things are uncertain. You stand by it, and you change it when new evidence comes in.
Visible impact. You've made a clear personal contribution to something substantial. That could be a feature, a positioning, a strategy, a product you built yourself, or expertise you've shared publicly.
Strong written and async communication. You're comfortable working this way. We provide templates and guidance for writing product proposals.
AI is part of how you work. You use it naturally to make ideas tangible and to speed up your own work.
Initiative and curiosity. You're open to coaching, critique and pushback, and you give pushback too.
Your benefits
Ownership from day one, with close coaching at the start and growing autonomy as you settle in
Hybrid work from our office in Berlin or Hamburg, with flexible working hours
Workations and team events several times a year. We bring the whole team together, venue and travel are covered, and you can expect both workshops and plenty of fun.
